Half Her Age

Tomorrow I will be another year older.   I figured out that I will be exactly the same age my grandmother was the day I was born.   Incredible!   I can’t imagine being a grandmother at my age when I don’t even have any children.

Not sure what I will do tomorrow to celebrate my day.   If it were up to me I would indulge in my favorite foods like appetizers and chocolate somethings.   I prefer smaller bites of things to get a taste of this and that rather than an entire meal of something.   (OK this post is not really about food.)

Actually, what I want to say is that I have much in my life to be thankful for.   A growing relationship with Christ.   A husband who loves and cares for me.   A family who cherishes me.   And friends who add so much to my life.   I am truly blessed!
