Minute Observations

Norm took me to lunch at Patsy Grimaldi’s today. It was some good pizza! As we’re sitting there and looking around I noticed these machines behind the bar. One was obviously a coffee machine and the other was one of those espresso machines. Not being a coffee drinker, I usually don’t pay attention to that sort of thing, but it was highlighted on their menu that they serve espresso and cappuccino. Big whoop! Well, I guess it’s important to those who like such things. But what caught my eye was the difference between a coffee maker and an espresso maker. Looking at the difference in those two machines you can clearly tell that coffee is made by the pot and espresso is made by the cup. So impressive! Thanks for letting me bore you today.
