Looking Good

This morning as my husband, Norm, was helping me get ready for the day, he was telling me how beautiful I am to him.   As he was helping me get dressed he told me how taken he was with my appearance on our wedding day. He said it took his breath away when he saw me in my wedding dress. I thought he looked so handsome in his tuxedo. It was a nice memory of our special day.

I must admit that sometimes I find it wonderful when he tells me I am beautiful and other times I find it a little embarrassing.   Maybe that’s because I don’t feel beautiful all the time. Feelings aren’t always based on truth. To Norm I am beautiful and I should just accept that as fact.
