Living Vicariously

My sister-in-law’s brother got married today.   I would have liked to have been there to see the happy couple on their special day, but all of this took place somewhere in North Carolina.   I’m not even sure where exactly.  However, I’ve been living vicariously through my brother’s and sister-in-law’s status updates on Facebook.   Now if they would only post some photos than I would get to see the lovely bride.   I’ve never met Brian, but we are friends on Facebook because I know his mother very well and of course his sister, who is my brother’s wife.   Extended family is still family in my book.   I’m glad they let me in on everything through Facebook.   Amazing the way the Internet makes the world smaller.
