If you hold a policy of errors & omissions insurance, most likely you would not have many sleepless nights worrying about someone coming after you if you didn’t totally read a contract.
Someone coming after you personally is not a good thing. We have been lucky and we have not had to spend a day in court. Now, that is because no one has filed against us personally or any companies that we have owned.
