Second Opinion

It’s the third day this week that I have gone with Norm on his appointments at a local doctor’s office.  He’s having some procedures done to correct venous insufficiency in both his legs.  My attendance is required to act as a second opinion on the quality of the care and more importantly as a second ear to hear the post-procedure instructions.  I like to observe what is going on so I can determine if we should consider hiring a medical injury lawyer.  Thus far everything has been satisfactory.  We have two more appointments next week, another one the week after, and then a follow-up about a month later.  I’m going to be busy.
