They’re Never Clean Enough

I have been wearing prescription glasses for over 2 years now and I must say I have a love-hate relationship with them.   First of all, it’s hard to find something that works well and looks good and doesn’t cost a fortune.   Discount prescription glasses are on my radar these days.   I’m always looking at other people’s prescription glasses to see how they look and fit.

The other thing that drives me crazy wearing glasses is I can never get them clean enough.   No sooner do I put them on do I notice another smudge.   But usually I don’t notice until after I had left the house and don’t have something to clean them with while I’m out.   I use those soft cloths and that special cleaning spray, but there’s still smudges and smears that just won’t go away.   Am I the only one with that problem?   The truth is I can’t clean them myself, so I’m driving my husband crazy all-time asking him to clean my classes for me.

And then of course by the end of the day I can’t wait to take them off because they make my face tired.   If I don’t wear them I can’t see very well and if I do wear them I’m fighting this feeling of frustration.   Ugh!

I remember seeing the rims of my glasses, even in my dreams. Two years is not too long, and you will get used to them, I promise.

Seems every person over forty needs glasses for either close or far. In my case, I wound up needing them for both!

The cleaning issue also fades into the past after a while, too. I promise.
