I have been here before and Karen, your normal host has asked me once again to fill in for her.

Now, without going to far, I am Karen’s husband and I am the one who in our household is in charge of such things as making breakfast, and dinner.   Lunch, that’s not my job, we most of the time go out for lunch.   But two meals a day, keeps me on the busy side.

Although I am the one who makes the meals, it’s Karen who plans the meals.   She tells me what she wants for breakfast and what she wants for dinner.   Normally for breakfast, she eats a light meal, and I on the other had will have a couple of eggs or cereal.

Dinner, sometimes we will share a meal, other times I will fix her what she likes and I will do the same for myself.   I have even been know to have cereal for dinner.

Luckily for her, and I bet it’s because she plans the meals,   her weight is not a problem.   I on the other had, although lately it has not been a problem for me either, but there have been times when I needed to look for the best diet pills on the market.

Lately though, if I just cut out drinking Cokes on an hourly basis, I shed pounds quick and easily.
