Day after Thanksgiving.

Once again the second team has been called into action.   Karen is over in California with her family and she has asked me to step in and do a few blogs while she is gone.

Normally the food on Thanksgiving starts with a Turkey and of course all the wonderful trimmings that go with it.

It’s a “Pack it all in” type of day.

Eat until you drop.

Then get up and go at it again.

If that’s not enough, then with everyone watching, you can go at it again if you want.   And if you’re anything like me, all you need to do is be in the same room, and the pounds add on with little or no effort on your part.   There are times in the past, where just thinking about such a meal, adds on the pounds.   These are the times when having fat burners is very important.
