A MATH TRICK (hat tip: George P. Wood)
1. Grab a calculator. (you won’t be able to do this one in your head)
2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area code)
3. Multiply by 80
4. Add 1
5. Multiply by 250
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again.
8. Subtract 250
9. Divide number by 2
Do you recognize the answer?
LOL Karen it worked. We have weird phone numbers here in England. Only have 6 digits. So I took the last number from our area code and I was amazed at the result.
I wonder who thinks up these things.
How’s life in Scottsdale, I see it’s 42F and clear. We have a fairly warm day at the moment it’s 52F according to my outdoor temp thingie. Very cold wind though so I should imagine with the wind chill it’s a lot colder.
Sorry I haven’t commented on your blog, been down in the dumps with the news hubby has Prostrate Cancer. At least it has a 95% cure rate!
