My brother, Jack, is the best brother in the whole world. Sure, we have had our moments in the past, and we don’t always see eye to eye on everything, but he’s a good guy and I love him. (He also married well giving me a great sister-in-love!)

Over the years he has become our family’s go to guy for computer repair. I took my computer with me to San Diego and he was kind enough to spend a few hours working on it to make sure everything was running right. He installed some great software to clean up my registry and any other junk on my computer that shouldn’t be there. I depend on my computer a lot so it’s good to have it running clean.

Yesterday however, my computer crashed and although it restarted, I knew there must be something else not quite right so I quickly since my brother an e-mail which included data from my computer on the cause of the crash. It seems my system memory had a leak. Since my computer had traveled over 600 miles in the van going back and forth to San Diego, my brother suggested we open the computer and re-seat the memory chips. Norm helped me to do that and so far it seems to have solved the problem.
